Welcome to the Selkirk Association of REALTORS®! Our membership services include real estate professionals in Bonner and Boundary counties as well as outlying areas. Nestled in the beautiful Selkirk Mountains, endless streams, rivers and lakes, our community offers year-round opportunities for its residents as well as visitors.
It is the mission of the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® to be the leading advocate of the real estate industry, to provide members with education and resources that will enable them to conduct business successfully, to promote and enforce ethical standards, to strengthen the REALTORS® image by improving the quality of life in our communities, and to encourage and protect real property ownership.
Selkirk Association of REALTORS® is now accepting grant applications for grant awards to be given in June. Applications for funding this year must be received at the Association office no later than April 15, 2022. Each year the Association gives thousands of dollars to local groups in need of funding for their community service-oriented projects and programs in Bonner and Boundary counties. Last year, REALTORS® locally awarded more than $15,500 to individuals and groups in Bonner and Boundary Counties. The Selkirk Association of REALTORS® is a not-for-profit organization whose membership consists of REALTORS®, appraisers, banks, title companies and other businesses affiliated with the real estate profession. Grant funds are raised among its members only, not from the general public, through the Association’s annual fundraising efforts. Click here for the grant application. If you have any questions, please contact the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® at (208) 265-2227.

In 2018, the National Association of REALTORS® proudly launched Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), a program that empowers REALTORS® to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to conducting business at the highest standards. Be an advocate for the future of our industry and start your journey to excellence today!
The REALTOR® Party works hand-in-hand with the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC); however, RPAC is a voluntary program and provides the “hard” dollars the association uses to make direct contributions to national, state and local candidates. This partnership is what makes us a force to be reckoned with at the local, state and national levels.
Commemorating 50 Years of the Fair Housing Act
Fair housing is more than a list of dos and don’ts, rights and penalties, and mandatory continuing education. As stewards of the right to own, use and transfer private property, fair housing protects our livelihood and business as REALTORS® and depends on a free, open market that embraces equal opportunity. Fair Housing Makes US Stronger.
An Overview of the Fair Housing Act
Join NAR’s commemoration of the Fair Housing Act. Watch this video to learn about the law, how it makes our industry and country stronger, and the work that is still to be done. We ask all members of the REALTOR® family to join us in this commemoration and stand together with us in this commitment.
