| The Selkirk Association of REALTORS® is proud to announce Eric Skinner from Century 21 Riverstone as 2012 REALTOR® of the Year. Eric was the 2010 MLS President, currently holds a seat on the MLS Board of Directors and has been an invaluable advisor on several MLS related issues. Eric has been involved in law enforcement, is a co-owner of Sandpoint.com and flies for the Make A Wish Foundation, just to name a few of his accomplishments. He has donated countless hours to the MLS and Selkirk Association of REALTORS® as an IT advisor, troubleshooter and researcher. Eric has a wonderful sense for business as well as sense of humor and is very giving of his time to help those in need. Congratulations, Eric Skinner! |

Welcome to the Selkirk Association of REALTORS®! Our membership services include real estate professionals in Bonner and Boundary counties as well as outlying areas. Nestled in the beautiful Selkirk Mountains, endless streams, rivers and lakes, our community offers year-round opportunities for its residents as well as visitors.
It is the mission of the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® to be the leading advocate of the real estate industry, to provide members with education and resources that will enable them to conduct business successfully, to promote and enforce ethical standards, to strengthen the REALTORS® image by improving the quality of life in our communities, and to encourage and protect real property ownership.
Our office is located at 325 S. Marion, Sandpoint, Idaho. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Lunch break usually at 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.)
